Camp info

WhiteFish, Montana

June 23-27

The Young Guns Hockey camp is designed for 10U - 14U players of all skill levels. Our camp offers a program that includes 9 hours of on-ice training and 8 hours of off-ice activities that include video, recovery, and team activities. Each player will receive a Young Guns Hockey Jersey.

What we Offer

Our coaches take what they have learned from years of high-level hockey including the United States Hockey League and bring that knowledge to the next generation of players.

On-Ice Skills: each day will have one skills session where players learn important puck and skating skills to add to their game.

Off-Ice Training: Our camp emphasizes the importance of off-ice training. Our goal is to teach players the importance of gaining strength needed to grow their game.

Off-Ice Recovery: Our coaches will share the importance of taking care of their recovery to teach young players how to prevent injuries as they get older and more competitive.

coaching staff

Founded by two USHL junior hockey players, Calvin Vachon and Drake Murray, the Young Guns Hockey Camp is dedicated to helping young athletes improve their hockey skills.

Calvin and Drake spent the 2024-25 season in the United States Hockey League and are graduates of the prestigious Shattuck St. Mary’s Prep School where they won National Championships. Both will continue their hockey careers playing Division 1 Hockey in the fall of 2025.

The Young Guns Hockey Camp coaches bring their extensive experience from prep school and junior hockey and their love for the game to every training session. Calvin and Drake have spent the last four summers working together at hockey camps and their goal is to provide a fun environment where kids can learn and grow their game.
